Sales Director

North America

We are looking for a Cyber-Security Sales Director to set up the sales department, assist in the implementation of the overall sales product and service plan and develop a funnel for prospective customers. We are looking for an ambitious, concentrated, enthusiastic person who has a mature understanding of cybersecurity marketing and sales and is excited to be able to create something that our area is desperately asking for!
The Cyber-Security Sales Director is responsible for managing all sales operations and producing company revenue. Cultivate trust and contact to close marketing with prospects. Make proposals and respond to Proposal Requests (RFP). Support efforts in marketing as needed.

Qualification: 
  • 10 + years of sales experience, ideally in a service-oriented environment and in the cybersecurity or IT field
  • Preferred Bachelor of Business Administration or Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional skills in verbal and written communication
  • Ability to take over the entire sales process and ensure that accounts are closed seamlessly
  • Ability to understand dynamic systems and convey expectations and processes to prospects
  • Ability to understand and ensure the RFP specifications are included in our proposals
  • High degree of versatility in a tight, fast-paced environment
  • Comprehensive and detailed, organized, with excellent skills in time management
  • Capacity to learn, grasp and analyse new and existing resources quickly
  • Self-starter who can work with a proactive attitude independently

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Drive the company’s profits
  • Establish a foundation for sales funnel and prospects
  • Initiate contact with prospects and arrange meetings on the phone and/or on line
  • Respond by phone and email to incoming leads.
  • Explain improvements to the service and introduce new services
  • Communicate the value proposition effectively by means of suggestions and presentations
  • Carry out follow-up calls and meetings to close sales as necessary
  • Own and meet annual sales goals in the territories and accounts assigned
  • Follow a structured method of sales and meet / exceed sales quotas * Manage daily sales operations
  • Create marketing strategies by evaluating existing product and service results, tracking competing products and services, and analysing consumer responses.
  • Adjust the presentation content and recommendations for solutions based on prospects ‘ needs
  • Create, maintain and manage a healthy marketing pipeline effectively
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales goals and expand our customer base
  • Conduct the sales process from plan to plan
  • Document all Salesforce sales activities
  • Control designated regions
  • Manage RFP opportunities by evaluating future opportunities as found in BidSync, Vendor Line or similar sources of RFP.
  • Maintain the RFP Responses Table and Calendar
  • Provide sufficient access to workers during the new hire process and when necessary
  • Prepare and lead weekly sales meetings and add discussion items
  • Review the list of weekly tasks and assign office and administration duties as appropriate
  • Brainstorm and show the marketing team’s suggestions

  • Experience developing event correlation analytics to improve malicious activity detection (e.g. insider threat behaviour, advanced persistent threat activity)
  • Board new log / data sources and ensure that the data is analyzed so that the SOC analysts can use it for the intended purpose
  • Ensure that SOC analysts are aware of and know how to access new data sources.
  • Assemble requirements from SOC analysts for new CybrHawk content (reports, dashboards, etc.).
  • Develop the SOC analyst’s consumer content.
  • Implement CybrHawk apps provided by third parties for data generated or collected by their software (e.g. antivirus logs and warnings, firewalls, etc.) to be incorporated into CybrHawk.
  • Participate actively as a member of the Cyber Analytics scrum team by partnering with other team members to carry out the above-mentioned tasks.

SOC Analyst

Latin America

Security Analysts work with and learn from experienced security team leaders to detect, analyze, and limit intrusions and security events using the latest technology. Candidates must be willing to work in a 24x7x365 SOC environment, exhibit practical problem-solving skills and allow flexible scheduling. The SOC Analyst will work together to detect and respond to incidents related to information security, maintain and follow procedures for alerting security events, and participate in security investigations. The SOC Analyst will perform tasks including monitoring, research, classification and analysis of network or endpoint security events. The SOC Analyst should be familiar with network and endpoint security concepts, recent risk and attack patterns, and should have in-depth working knowledge of security standards such as protection. Key Responsibility
  • Performs monitoring of network security and responds to incidents for various clients.
  • Maintains documentation of compliance monitoring and response operations, using software for case management and ticketing.
  • Monitors and analyses Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) to identify remediation security issues.
  • Develop, change and review the rules for Security Information Event Management (SIEM).
  • Recognizes potential, successful and unsuccessful attempts at intrusion and compromises by reviewing and analysing the details and summary information of the relevant event.
  • Communicates alerts to customers to their network infrastructure, applications and operating systems regarding intrusions and compromises.
  • Consolidates and performs a comprehensive analysis of risk information from confidential, proprietary and open source tools to provide indicators and warnings of potential attacks on unclassified and classified networks.
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATIONS and QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1-3 years of relevant IT and/or information security expertise desired. Willingness to learn and improving skills constantly to ensure the success of the business and its goals.
  • Candidates must be able to work within a 24x7x365 Security Operations Center (SOC) setting in a flexible schedule, as well as working holidays can be required.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills as interpersonal skills interact with customers, members and management interact
  • An understanding of cyber security incident response and network security for computer networking (tcp / ip)
  • Knowledge of windows, linux and cisco operation systems and information security; knowledge of intrusion detection systems (ids)
